Just kidding. He was a good governor and a good Democratic leader.

(16,646 posts)I'm curious what he thinks of the DNC and their activities over the last few years. Considering that his campaign felt that the DNC "establishment" was objecting to his early success, and then he of course ran it. After that there was a DNC that moved back towards the behaviors of the past. However, by that time, he was still working "within" it. His point of view on the whole Bernie situation might be interesting as well.

(3,322 posts)Ask him what he thinks, as a physician, about whether Trump has dementia/alzheimer's. Also, does he really think Trump might have been using cocaine during the debates last year? I'm always interested in what politicians, consultants and commentators have to say "off the record" when the TV cameras off. I know the political establishment are all talking privately about how imbalanced Trump is, but I would love to know what an MD thinks about his behavior/symptoms.
Enjoy your event! You're lucky - I've always admired Dr. Dean. He must wonder how a little vocal exuberance got him rendered unfit to run for POTUS, only to have a self-admitted sexual assaulter, know-nothing, serial prefabricated win the White House just over a decade later.
