Trump claiming he's "hamstrung" by Mueller -- makes me think Trump is planning to fire Mueller

Seriously, he is clearly sending out a talking point tonight that Mueller is impeding his "work" as president (yeah, right). I think he might be trying to build a case, an obviously idiotic and fake case, to fire Mueller. That terrifies me I must say.

Can't trust the GOP to ever do the right thing.

Can't trust their voters to ever entertain a thought worth thinking.

I am cautiously optimistic, but seriously nervous.

and ready to protest within a few hours of any announcement of a firing. If you look on the DU Homepage under topics/activists. It is sponsored by MoveOn. My sister and I already RSVPed.
I think someone on DU said that Mueller is smart enough to have planned for something like that and most likely made arrangements for the info he has collected will be passed onto the next investigator. I also think some Dems are trying to introduce bills to stop him from firing Mueller.

Vote, call, write, discuss, protest, etc can all be done easily and it isn't even multi tasking. It is never either/or. You do what you can and maintain your sanity too!

You know that Trump can't do a good job if he can't steal and lie with impunity. What kind of President can he be if he actually has to follow the law. I mean seriously...

But I would be surprised if he fired Mueller and they did nothing about it.

If that were to happen, that he fired Mueller, I do believe the Senate would re-nominate him as an "independent counsel" who could not be fired by the President.
