All those millions listed in the indictment brief, those are the funds Manafort is laundering for the Russians.
It's not his dough. He's using it to buy property for them in the US, and other investments like stocks and bonds.

Besides that I think they owe him, or it's in escrow until he fulfills a contract or something.
He'll be looking for cash soon. Probably Trump will help them out, or they will both sing like canaries.
