The ads about Sanctuary Cities (that don't exist in Virginia) and Northam supporting vicious gangs are A-okay.

But this is over the top.

Bigots like vampires really do not like exposure or sunlight, do they?

To sex offenders, implying that he set them free to commit more crimes? What really happened is that McAuliffe restored VOTING rights to all offenders who served their time. Northam supported this as do many people, and many other states restore voting rights automatically.

Hardly the same thing and Gillespie knows that.

Though he's not a Trumpster, more an establishment Republican, he's carrying the stench of the the Trumpster mob and therefore needs to appeal to their worst instincts.

For votes.

The GOP brought this on themselves; they own it. May they all rot in their own toxic juices.

whether you will motivate more dems to come vote against Gillespie than you would republicans who might have stayed home because they disapprove of Trump but go vote as a result of this add because they get triggered.

We need all our people taking action and voting. 50 million Hispanic/Latino Americans. Of course, roughly half are conservative by nature, but today's GOP isn't exactly inviting them in.

As for this ad...? It's powerful, but that's because of ugly truth. Will it work as needed?
