Nixon didn't, and he should have spent the rest of his days in Leavenworth. If Trump is ever charged with anything he'll be pardoned and become a Fox "News" commentator.

Intent. I guess it will have to be w Bannon instead of Ailes, unless he can find some other RW perv

He's getting a little stress as pay back.
He doesn't know wheter to pardon yet because he doesn't know what the indicted or those under investigation have already revealed.

The experts on net worth estimation just demonstrated he's more than $600 million less wealthy than a year ago. More than one source came to the same conclusion.

And, i seriously doubt the debt numbers used are accurate. It's likely they are MUCH higher, which makes the net worth already inflated. Now the asset base falls by $600M. The NW can ONLY fall by the exact same amount. So, if it was overstated before, it's still overstated.

They haven't gotten their tax cuts, and this Russia thing is about how much money they owe RUSSIA! There is no sudden source of new capital in the last 9 months.

Remember, the US banks cut his company off. So did Germany's biggest bank.

The net worth was a lie then and it's a lie now, even though it's lower.

they had a celebrity roast of Trump before and the only topic that was out of bounds was his wealth. You could bring up his strange incestuous affection for Ivanka, but you couldn't joke that he's not that rich.

And, for the hundredth time, if that punk had just put his entire inheritance into broad base index funds, he could have lived of $30 million per year after taxes (average) and still be worth 50% more than claimed.
So his wealth is a myth, and his business acumen has cost him a minimum of $2.4 billion

there was some reporter investigated Trump's wealth and came up with it being somewhere between $150 million and $350 million. Trump sued him, and then ended up dropping the lawsuit. Couldn't find the story on a quick google search, though. However, I'm guessing that net of his debts, he's probably somewhere in that range, at best.

I know he got the $1 million loan from his dad when he got out of college, and I think his inheritance a few years later was somewhere around $100 million?

his wealth has basically stayed flat over 50 years if he inherited that much. In the meantime, the average cost of a home has gone up by over a factor of 7 in that time.

What is pretty clear is that even living like a king, his net worth should be 25 to 75% higher than even his own claims.

And Forbes, no bastion of liberal politics, questioned his net worth back in the summer of 2016. Now, even if we use that number, it's 12.5% lower than it was.

Everything about that guy is fraudulent.

If he had that kind of money, why muddy the waters by using foundation money for personal expenses.

The irony is sweet, and your insight is great. I hope I remember when the time comes.

I've read reports that there are as many as FOUR sealed indictments with Trumpy's name on them RIGHT NOW. And he's also a target in New York state-- RICO. If he's found guilty of RICO in any court, then the Justice Department may force Trumpy to forfeit some or all of his assets. RICO is one nasty law.
