Cut Cut Cut Bill? Sounds like a cheap subway ad card for a Mohel
I mean really did Trump just blurt this out and think it was a smart branding campaign? For a guy who is viewed by his base as some sort of sales and marketing genius this is the dumbest thing I can think of regarding a name for this lousy bill.
