The dumbest comment ever has been just made! Rick "I forget" Perry, our lustrous Lowe Energy Guy says " fossil fuels can help prevent sexual assaults"! You might be wondering how? Well, it is simple! According to him "it keeps the lights on"!

Boy, his bulb burned a long time ago! Hearing this from him has make him the dumbest on Trump's staff of idiots! Ok, top 2, Trump in #1!
