The House Republicans are a sleazy lot.
They can pass any crap they want to pass and are confident that the Senate will not vote for it.
Then, they can go home and brag about the huge tax cut they voted for but it was held up by the Senate. Just like they did with repeal of Obamacare.
They have so little respect for the intelligence of their voters. Perhaps for reason?
But, it shows the extent they will go to lie to their supporters. They have to protect their seamy careers...
