Creative Artists Agency and Polaris PR have dropped Kevin Spacey

I'm wondering if there will ever be a road to redemption.

Kevin Spacey dropped by his agents

Separately, CBS News late Thursday confirmed that Spacey's publicist, Staci Wolfe, and talent agency CAA have parted ways with the actor in the wake of claims of sexual assault and harassment against him. The news was first reported by Variety.

His representatives on Wednesday said the two-time Oscar winner was in treatment for an unspecified condition.

"Kevin Spacey is taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment," the Reuters news agency quoted the statement as saying.

"No details on the nature of the treatment were provided to an email from Reuters seeking further comment," the news agency said.

I can take or leave Kevin Spacey as an actor - I simply don't care enough about his oeuvre to pay much attention to him - but I absolutely detest anyone who creates a toxic work environment. It's unnecessary, it's patronizing, and it really should never, ever happen.

The constant state of internal stress created by dealing with a toxic co-worker forced me into an early retirement. The people who are left to deal with this individual are the ones who enabled her, and I feel no pity for what they likely are still enduring.

I know someone who was in a film with Kevin Spacey. She found him to be a brilliant actor, but also a very strange guy. However, she never mentioned anything toxic about his behavior. I figure that he is either the kind of guy who takes 'method acting' to an extreme, or he is just a vile, vile individual.
