Does Mueller Have Powers In Regards To Sessions Congressional Testimony?

I'm assuming that Congress could go after Sessions in a legal manner for Perjury, but can Mueller tap into that too?

Can Mueller consider Sessions' testimony as legal perjury, and obstruction of justice, or is he limited to what Sessions has told him or the FBI?

I guess a follow up question, would be what happens if there is a sealed indictment already with Sessions' name on it? Does Mueller have to take into account his own situation, in whether to unseal that, or give any indication Sessions is in trouble over the near term?
