Thus, if we kick Whiny Donny out by 2020 and take the majority of the senate, at least, will we be able to reinstate it?
So far, the only real winner from the proposed tax is Whiny Donny, I've heard the amount of $550 millions saved by the young brats.

Bills originate in the House. I don't think a Democratic Tax Bill would go anywhere there unless we make the count closer. I am not sure if they actually do need a majority, or if it's close they can bring something to the floor and committee.
