How can he address the problem if he can't even call it by name?? The media should also refer to this guy as a domestic terrorist that he is....those church goers in Texas were surely terrorized and mowed down. Trump calling this a mental issue without knowing anything about it shows his failure to call out a domestic terrorist by name because the NRA has bought him off. Very sad.

1. Was this an act of terrorism?

Terrorism has a specific definition: it is the unlawful use of violence and intimidation against civilians in the pursuit of ideological or political goals. If the shooter's motivation was personal (e.g., a grudge or mental disturbance) it isn't terrorism. And it's beside the point anyhow: The real problem isn't the person's motivation; it's that there are too damn many guns.
