(6,635 posts)here is allowing the right-wing gun lobby and the Orange Anus-Mouth to dictate gun policy in the USA. We need to replace all bought-and-paid for NRA politicians at all levels of our government, and implement sensible and sane gun control policy.

(93,873 posts)The purpose of terrorism is to spread terror beyond the people you kill. There's no indication that this was his motive. The number of victims and the fact that it took place in a church is irrelevant.

In this, and other gun violence incidents, the terrorist organization that promotes the use of guns for "personal protection" and uses fear to sell more and more guns with which to spread more fear, is the source of the terrorism. That organization is the right-wing gun manufacturer's gun lobby and their political terrorist front group the NRA.
