That's a lot of voters! #Charlottesville turnout citywide is more than 15% so far with more than 4,300 people casting a ballot.

*I hate em because their anecdotal and subjective. I'm at another site and seeing lots of encouraging turnout accounts. Again, they are anecdotal and subjective.

Clinton won by just 0.7% or 16 votes in my precinct.

Turnout is everything here.

Surrounding counties, not so much. They are not part of Charlottesville. My precinct is outside of the City.
