The higher number of independents is not good, since some Republicans hide under that label.
The approval number is higher than that taken in most polls in VA of voters in general, which suggests better turnout for Republicans than for Dems.
The other results may be more positive.

anti-Trump voters up 2-1 on Trump supporters indicates Dems have an edge in enthusiasm which usually is a precursor to higher turnout.
