tune in on rachel. incredible stories of women who ran and won

Listening to it will give you goose bumps. Out of 16 seats we flipped, 11 are women. Rachel showed the stories of two of them who ran and won despite incredible personal challenges. One lost her brother a couple days after she had declared, the other found out she was pregnant with twins. 3 weeks after announcing for primary. She kept going, had her two babies prematurate (23 weeks) and every evening she would be at the hospital while campaigning during the day.

I hope we can undo the damage the Repubs are doing

If we ignore the Debbie downers here and on MSM and get out the 2018 vote we can win big

old men versus young people. 11 are women, the 5 dem mens are young. One of them, a young redhead guy looks like he is 20..

I loved the first graphic where it was all old white guys (like me) on the repub pic graphic and all women save one guy for the Dems. Like the OP said, the couple of profiles they did were touching and showed they are not only good Democrats but also just good people. I loved the Gooditis story but my favorite was the young black woman who ran (first time ever)because her delegate mocked the Women's March with a sexist post, then beat his sorry old ass.

Last time we ran 29 candidates out of 100 seats in virginia. This time we ran 90 . The lesson is that we should contest every zip code no matter how gerrymanded it is.

And I just blurted out loud "Holy shit!" All Republicans were men; MOST Democrats were women. I knew a lot of women won, but we've never seen ANYTHING like this, ever!
