Who are these people ??
What do they do?
These people like Carter Page, Papadopoulos, like Lewandowski, Steve Bannon, and Sean Hannity, and many others? Some might say that there are some in his Cabinet working for Donald Trump and not the American people, also?
They are not part of our "official" government but they continue to work under cover for the White House.
What do they do? They are emissaries and representatives of the Trump business brand. He treats them as employees and they appear happy with their roles.
But they are separate from the US Government. They work for Donald Trump.
What they do on the sly and in secret, we do not know. And they do their very best to keep us from knowing.
