doesn't seem right to me but it is Alabama

the best thing for dems would be for the Alabama repubs to do the write in thing splitting the vote between moore and the write in giving the dem the win

As it says in the article. People have already voted. I'd be highly surprised if the law allows for that. Moore hasn't dropped out. Having the governor cancel an election because he doesn't like the candidate his party chose is not acceptable.

That's what I get for skimming the article... But, it's not acceptable to just make up the law as you go along. An election was scheduled, candidates were chosen, voters have started to vote, and no one has even dropped out yet. Even if moore drops out, I doubt there are provisions for changing the date at this point.

And the sick thing is, Judge Roy is probably thinking "I can STILL win...and when I do, all those guys who withdrew their endorsements are gonna have to kiss my ass if they want anything passed".
