That would be totally sucky. And as every honest American has long ago learned for a fact, Comrade Casino* cannot be trusted. His kowtowing to the kremlin is highly suspect.

I recall reading somewhere a week or so ago that there were tentative plans to meet in Vietnam.

And press is probably NEVER going to be invited to a meeting between world leaders. At best, there'll be a conference afterward, but not always.
