Just my gut instinct. I'm sure JK3 has been doing an admirable job filling Frank's shoes there in Massachusetts, but honestly, running a Kennedy with nothing but three/four terms in the House simply because he's got the name Kennedy?? Not going to help in PA, MI, Ohio, etc.
