Trump/GOP Turning Us Into Convoluted Dystopia Politically Governmentally.

There are no words in the English language or any other language for that matter to describe what the country will look like if we do not break Trump and the GOP in 2018. The country simply cannot survive chaos as we move into the future. We now have a government run by the worst of the worst of the worst at the federal and in many states.

We have politicians who are clinically or criminally insane, thieves, liars, pedophiles (not just Moore), sexual predators, rapist etc etc etc in positions of power just about everywhere you look.

We have a media that is twisted and corrupt in so many areas it is frightening. The GOP and RW gets away with spreading things that are absurd, mean, cruel, hateful and just plain sick beyond the most incredulous belief.

The election results are encouraging, but we still have a ways to go to the next election. And the GOP has time to corrupt and erode voting to stay in power.

In the end I do believe that we can prevail. And I wish it were a certainty that we can flush these turds down the proverbial toilet. The fear is that they will do fatal damage to this country before we can get that chance.

And don't forget the so called election integrity commission. And the Republican voting roll purges in 30 or more states. And the federal court system, including the Supreme Court.

There's a 50/50 or better chance imho that this tunnel doesn't have a light at the end of it.

6. Sure. The precincts tally their votes by machine. The counties generally receive their counts....

And they aggregate the total vote at their level. Those totals go to the state election director's office and the final state tally is aggregated at that level. The count can be hacked at any of the above levels, all of which is done by computers.

So we have not had a representative democracy for some time.

Probably in selected races in selected places. For instance, the Republicans likely cheated with (hacked, fiddled with internally, purged voter rolls) legislature votes before the 2010 census so they could gerrymander to their heart's content.

13. There was a crucial county in Ohio that the GOP was certain would go for McCain.

But it went for Obama and the McCain campaign insisted it was an error and we should just wait for a few hours, etc. The shock on the face of some of McCain's operatives was quite visible, and they insisted the tally going for Obama was an error.

The Ohio Secretary of State, in the wee hours of the morning finally admitted the county had gone for Obama, Ohio then was in the bag for Obama.

People have speculated that this was the county Anonymous prevented the GOP from hacking.
