Was President Obama just a dream?

Sandwiched between a really bad President and one who was—unbelievably—exponentially worse?

It sure as hell feels like it somehow.

Meaning, anyone can be elected President, and there are truly excellent people in the USA who want to serve the public interest.

I remember the night he was elected.

I was crying. It felt like a dream.
It felt like our national nightmare was over.

Then, the Tea Party arrived.

I guess the nightmare was real.....and Obama was the dream
