I don't KNOW there was a first kiss. She alleges it. His apology technically neither confirmed nor denied it, but I would think if he didn't kiss her at all he would have stated that. My conclusion, based on what I have seen and read, is that there likely was a first kiss. But that's not absolute knowledge.

I imagine she had several appearances with Franken on that tour, not just the one posted earlier.
