One way you can help elephants during this barbaric elephant killing administration,

is to join Amazon Smile and support elephant rescue groups. This is the one I just switched to: Global Sanctuary for Elephants.

There are many others.

I think, for me, World Wildlife Fund https://www.worldwildlife.org/species/elephant may be the more direct course unless someone can find a group directly targeting Trump's actions on this, outside of Amazon.
