I will be glad when Tweetys RFK book promotion is done.
Nothing against RFK at all but the endless shillling and attempts to run every current event through the RFK filter is tiring.
Yes I know I shouldn’t be watching Tweety.

2. I really should
I guess having him show up on other talk shows I watch shilling the book has added to my irritation. It’s apperently a love letter to RFK so I guess that’s not so bad.

3. Well, I forgive you. I have only the vaguest idea of who "Tweety" is, having never watched him,
but I'm sure you have excellent reasons for doing so. As I understand it, he is a fox "news" person and therefore an ultra-conservative (fascist), so why his book about the highly excellent Robert F. Kennedy would be of interest to anyone who posts on Democratic Underground quite escapes me. It would be, I think, similar to me writing a book about Generalissimo Franco and trying to convince people to buy it. But, as I say, I'm certain that you have many reasons to watch this person's program and publicize his book. Do post a review for the rest of us who will never read it, won't you? Thanks!

13. No, not really. I never watch TV. I remember reading that G.W. Bush called someone Tweety
but that's all. Not much of a nickname. Right up there with "pooty poot" in my humble opinion. I am sorry if I misjudged the man.
Maybe he is a good liberal Democrat. I hope so. |

15. Hes called Tweety because his hair is the same shade as Tweety Bird.
I know you don’t care one way or another, but I figured this was a good place for an explainer in case someone else was unsure. Carry on.

5. Noooo
It has been great remembering the idealism of those days. We need such a reminder because no one is calling this nation to be better. I realize now, those were indeed special times when a great number of people were truly deciding to make this country better for all.

Do you believe the Office of the US Presidency will recover from this period of malfeasance and debauchery? Some days, I am just sick to my stomach of what I see ..

The republicans will always go low with the help of any criminals they can find. If a Democrat can win, there will be hope- I hope.

with a steak knife and pasted them together in his basement.
