Her story was that Franken wanted to practice the kiss during the rehearsal and took advantage of it. So she tried to avoid him from then on.

From this article it seems that the skit (and its rehearsal) happened at the first stop of the USO-tour in Iraq.

That means that the rehearsal and the alleged assault must have happened before the photos of them two kissing on-stage.

With her arms around Franken's neck, she doesn't seem too repulsed by the idea of kissing him again.

In the skit. To do less than that means you aren’t taking care of yourself.

Btw, if she told Franken that she felt he took advantage in rehearsal, if I were Franken I would suggested we not do the kiss in the performance either. I’ll be curious to hear if Franken remembers being admonished by her.
