A Christian leader named James Davis on CNN just made an important distinction between Roy Moore

and Al Franken.

So far, Al Franken has been accused of and acknowledged behavior that was inappropriate -- but not that was an abuse of authority and an abuse of power.

Maybe that's where we should be drawing the line in the sand.

I met my husband at work in the cafeteria. We were two loners sharing the same table. He took my empty tray to the return belt, touched my arm as he helped me up from the chair and walked me to the elevator with small talk about the work environment. Next time I saw him was about two weeks later in the corridor. I was flaunting a new hair cut and he passed by with a quick "nice hair style" and a wink. After that, he dropped by my office for lunch and that became an almost daily lunch date. And we were oft a great relationship and two years later a lasting, happy marriage...

Could that happen today so easily? Maybe not?

and the things he did to show he was interested in you were what most normal people do.

that's a lot different than your boss(charlie rose) walking naked in front of you and getting into sexual details and groping you.

and then we have the case of Roy Moore which is one of the lowest because it involves underage children .

There is a definite line men should not cross. Everything your future husband did was well within appropriate behavior as you described it.

Any unwanted touching, sexual comments and heckling, lewd facial looks or hand gestures, grabbing and hugging when not wanted, pursuing when told to stop, etc. Not acceptable. That's not respectful and decent human behavior.

Glad your situation was a good one and ended up in a happy marriage.

that is actually THE place to draw the line.

had a long go round on fb about this. other person was arguing that because al is a senator he was in a position of power over the photo-oppers.
and that dems need to take the "moral high ground"

joy reid just opened w a great segment about the whataboutism of the franken allegations.

It's like how Trump talks. All of his adjectives are very general, and superlative in nature.

Nuance is going the way of sarcasm, overwhelmed in a deluge of "awesomes" and "wonderfuls" etc. Only wimps and wusses talk different.
