Are Democratic women more likely to expose harassment than Republican women?

Something occurred to me when it comes to Congressional harassment.
New laws will empower women to expose egregious behavior, thereby decreasing the ranks of predatory politicians.
If this happens all across the board it's a good thing but there might be a tendency for Republican women to remain quiet.

Men's right to dominate women is still held as a cultural norm by many conservatives, both men and women.
A cultural shaming factor might hold them back even as new laws give them more power.

Predatory Democrats would be exposed, decreasing the Democratic ranks while Republicans would remain hidden and in power.

Any thoughts on this?

GOP women who come forward will just about be executed. So there will be very few of them.
