but it sounds like she felt she was raped - "she believed she should have done more to stop him".

Why did she pass out?

I'm referring to the possibility that she passed out due to extreme stress or anxiety. Not everyone has the same reaction to traumatic/stressful situations.

We don't know enough to speculate about something as terrible as a rape, so let's calm down and wait for the facts to come out.

I am so shocked and disgusted hearing the description of the assault and I think he raped her....

She was unconscious....either out of shock (a protective response) or other....and based on the report, he treated her like a piece of garbage that he had his assistant take care of removing....

I blanked out as well. It was described as a survival technique when in shock.

Its why I very much believe she was raped. I know from personal experience.

and he took advantage of all of that.

For sure it's been happening like this for years in offices.

The fact that she fainted makes it seem coercive though.

The description sounds non-consensual, but whether he is charged would be up to her.
