I’m not condoning anything Al Franken has done allegedly. However, there’s a difference between groping and the shit with Moore and Trump are accused of doing. I’m trying to figure out the end game these senators are trying to do? Have a blanket policy that if a person feels that made them uncomfortable, then you need to resign? This deal that the Democratic party feels that they should always take the high road on EVERYTHING is why the Repubs are running the country into the ground! I don't see how this resignation call makes any sense. Not all sexual harassment claims are equal. Al Franken does not = Roy Moore or the Trumpster, for that matter. What Franken did (groping/acting like a frat boy) the man owned up to and apologized without excuses. Women currently working for Franken--his aides and others--have said they've received nothing but respect and support from the Senator.

So what am I missing, other than a pointless purge?
