Yes. With the current leadership though I’m suspicious. Hopefully the inaccessibility is verified.

Today, it was too cold for garbage pickup. Yesterday was the holiday so I didn't expect them.

I don't see why the rest of the week should be shut down, though. Polaris is shut down today. My stepson works there, and he was home today. There's probably hazardous conditions in elevated areas like usual.

"Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds". Oh that is right, Louie deJoy has kneecapped the Postal Service at the behest of the Orange Pustule.

We didn't get any mail today. Had mail for the letter carrier to pick up brought it back in. Maybe tomorrow.

It's bad out here. We had highways blocked for days, and only now is it improving. I'm a northern driver, so I can get away with playing on snow and ice, but that doesn't help when things happen like a pickup with no winter driving skills comes slipping and swerving at me, then flips. Just as we're starting to come out of deep freeze and the snow is getting slushy, we're supposed to get hit with another winter storm tonight.

But still, the mail is coming!

Not something we're used to seeing in north AL. We do get freezing temps every Winter, but only for a short time and just barely freezing. Won't thaw until afternoon today.

I've probably seen snow stick to the ground here only a dozen times or so.
