You can email the gov of Michigan thru his page. I sent an email saying 'American exceptionalism is on display in Flint." Rachel had a good segment tonight on drinking water availability in Flint.

1. At one time there were collection/donation trucks at the malls, etc.

I'm hoping that tonight's show re-triggers people to look for these donation locations. And hope even more that it will FINALLY trigger some official help/relief.

Honestly, I live right down the road from the city (I'm in Flint Township) and I had no idea things were still that bad with the water and filter distribution. And how shameful that there were THOUSANDS of those filters, just sitting in a warehouse, instead of being distributed!! I do know that even in the township, bottled water supplies are pretty low.

I can attest that Sheriff Pickell, who was featured on Rachel's show, tonight and is the Genesee County Sheriff, is a great guy and I am not at all surprised that he has thrown himself into the effort to help the people of Flint.

And I'm not at all surprised that Snyder didn't haul his incompetent ass to Flint to meet with the Mayor. He's a coward.
