District five in Fairbanks just went 100% for Bernie

Four and five are the big Fairbanks districts. Hillary didn't get to the fifteen percent threshold to remain viable. I peeked in district four and it looked similar.

In a given district is considered non - viable. The candidate is removed from consideration, and their supporters either leave or caucus with their second choice candidate. Then everyone is counted again until all remaining candidates have at least fifteen percent, then delegates are apportioned. In this case Bernie swept it in the first round.

I just heard district four was split 16 delegates for Bernie and 3 for Hillary.

He did outstanding in Anchorage, too. I haven't seen that any of Alaska's districts went for Hillary. My district's count was 243 for Bernie, 109 for Hillary - or 12 state delegates for Bernie, six for Hillary. That's been one of the better results I've seen for her - still 2 to 1.
