WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – An officer named in a police-brutality lawsuit shouted a racial slur at a black man before another officer killed him, a lawyer for the dead man's family said.

City Police Officer Steven Hart can be heard on audiotapes using the N-word as he stood Nov. 19 at the apartment window of Kenneth Chamberlain Sr., 68, trying to persuade him to open his door, said Randolph McLaughlin, the Chamberlain family lawyer.

"He's outside, at the window, tapping, tapping, tapping, and you hear him say, 'Mr. Chamberlain, Mr. Chamberlain. Stop. We have to talk, n-,' " McLaughlin said Thursday.

Chamberlain, a retired Westchester County corrections officer and former U.S. Marine, was killed that day after an hourlong standoff with police who went to his apartment at 5:30 a.m. when his medical alert alarm went off, apparently by accident. Family members said Chamberlain, who had a chronic heart condition, told police he had no emergency and that he was all right, but officers insisted on coming inside.

The cops LIED about listening for fifteen minutes to a girl crying, after cooking up a call that said I was throwing around a girl. I was alone and asleep since 8, now 12. they had four cops with guns in my face, after bashing on my door and ringing. they said they didnt need any warrant.

As the cops were perusing all my belongings, they started in on right wing talkingpoints. My stuff was too nice for a guy in my condition, I would have to sell my stuff.

Then, one cop asked WHO I had in my crawlspace. I said noone. He asked again, in an insinuatory fashion. I said Jimmy Hoffa. He said, alright smartass, now I get to search for real.

I am a mar patient, and had a grow. They said I was likely to go away. NOT. They didnt know SHIT about the law. I edumacated their asses for about two hours.

As the dumbasses left, one said that they KNEW I was guilty, when I resisted immediately allowing them inside when they had guns in my face. Next time let them in. I said, If I knew they were pals, I surely would, certainly next time. The supr said I aint your pal. I said, OK then, my employee. he said, you dont pay taxes. I said, touche.

I chased them down the walkway, saying I had better look into that ghost they heard for fifteen minutes.

Were I sleeping while black, I surely wouldnt be writing this.

I fought a corruption scheme, and the attorney general handed them their asses. They invented a law. So, this was in retaliation. My Mother said, if they will do corruption, and invade your home, they will do just about anything and you better lay low.

I referred to their corruption scheme as Mordida. Got a lot of attention.. Busted the judge and the pigs.

And I had to be careful, as the judge said before proceedings, that our ATTITUDE would inform his penalty, and even guilt.

I have a heart condition, so I asked for first in court. I stood alone, and said, that having pigs do corruption, standing on the same corner EVERYDAY, would see them killed. I said that we are going to need the faith of the public in rule of law with the coming economic hardships.

The fascist judge called recess, as soon as he declared me guilty. I said, I wanted community service. The judge said, even before I find you guilty? I said, you are going to find me guilty, so yes. Chickenshit hadnt the balls to face his evil.
