Kansas State campus in Manhattan on lockdown after 'possibly armed' person seen

Kansas State University is on lockdown after police received a report of a possible gunman on the campus.

University spokesman Steve Logback says police received a report about 4 a.m. Friday of a man possibly carrying a weapon on the south side of the Manhattan campus.

University officials issued an alert encouraging students to stay indoors. The campus was put on lockdown, meaning students, faculty and staff are urged to stay away until further notice.

Logback says classes are delayed until further notice. A building-by-building search is being conducted by campus, Riley County and Kansas Highway Patrol officers. ... Police say armed robberies occurred near the campus shortly before the alert was issued.

Sure wish I could find someone else that blew so much of it up, enslaved so many, and committed genocide to begin, 'cause I would damn sure blame their ass.

They removed all of the no guns signs from the Medical School campus.

Well, is it a law abiding citizen just exercising his/her rights? Is it a law abiding citizen exercising his/her rights just before he/she turns into a kook and mass kills people? Is it armed robber out to pray on victims at four in the morning? Is it a law abiding citizen armed to protect themselves from kooks and robbers? Better safe than sorry, shoot first. Yeah, guns on campus make things better.
