Anti-federalist militants continue to hold the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge near Burns, Ore., as law enforcement officials keep their distance. But they say they're willing to leave if local residents ask them to, Oregon Public Broadcasting reports.

Edited to add: I'm starting to wonder about this story. No one else seems to be reporting this, and CNN just showed a video of the local sheriff asking them to leave. So they have their request from the locals and apparently aren't leaving.

Please recall that just last year a couple from the Cliven Bundy stand off went on to shoot and kill a couple of police officers as they ate lunch.
