Man accused of interstate shootings fired nearly 30 times

Updated 1:21 pm, Saturday, January 16, 2016

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A Texas man accused of killing two people while randomly firing his gun along an Oklahoma interstate last month may have fired nearly 30 times, police records show.

Investigators said they found 28 shell casings inside Jeremy Doss Hardy's pickup, as well as a gun holster, an empty pistol magazine, a magazine pouch, five rounds of ammunition in a magazine and one loose live round, The Oklahoman newspaper reported (http://bit.ly/1UX9FC6 ).

The Pasadena, Texas, man has been charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shootings of 45-year-old Jeffery Kent Powell of Arapaho, and 63-year-old Billie Jean West of Lone Wolf.

Police have said Hardy sped through three counties while firing from his pickup truck along Interstate 40, west of Oklahoma City, and hit at least four vehicles. He surrendered after a 25-mile chase.

Those GMA's you refer to, have already learned to make up their own talking points...they no longer need the NRA!

Once you program a robot, you only have to worry about maintenance and upkeep!!!

Too bad cannabis isn't legal. Those people would still be alive.

Look what they have to look forward to. Drunks with attitudes are already bad enough, add guns to the mix and they are so much more dangerous than before. SCOTUS was totally wrong with their misinterpretation of the 2nd amendment. It no way gives individuals the blanket right to own guns. This and Citizens United are the present day examples of Dred Scott.

to countless others?

Does he think that DUI somehow over-rules murder?
