Maine dissolves 27 local public health groups with little explanation

Friday marks the last day of business for more than two dozen small, regional coalitions that have been responsible for promoting public health in their local areas and played a part in responding to public health emergencies.
The end of the state’s 27 Healthy Maine Partnerships comes as the Maine Department of Health and Human Services reworks the way it handles substance use, tobacco and chronic disease prevention, but with little public explanation of the changes it’s making.
For more than a decade, the Healthy Maine Partnerships have combined hospitals, local health care providers, schools, municipal health departments and other organizations into regional coalitions that performed much of the work a county-level public health department would.
They have helped respond to public health emergencies and undertaken proactive public health efforts — collaborating with retailers to crack down on youth tobacco sales, helping towns and cities craft and implement smoke-free policies and increase access to nutritious food, and coordinating with landlords to make their housing smoke free.

Sound familiar like what is coming from out on the national stage being created by another demented pathological liar, I think so, and the republicans in this state have been asked numerous times to impeachment this right wing dumpster acolyte racists puke, and all they do is really nothing!!!!! They are a disgrace and have NO principles, none except now people will now lack public heath groups and they are gone, but the representatives who have no back bone they still have the means to health care in some form.
Why?
Because they don't want someone leading the state with a (D) in front of the name------------------the republicans in this state and 26 states that are republican controlled have no f***ing principles, none, what is the reasoning.
I don't know why people in the state are not parking themselves out in front of the "representatives offices, (and I say that loosely),and demanding some answers.
This is going to cost the people more money because health care prevention is now being denied.
But it's alright to have a psychopath running the government, what am I missing here, someone from the state please explain this to me.
What am I missing, what am I missing, that if I were to say what he said to a state sitting representative I would be "IN JAIL", what makes him so special.
I call it the Gerald Ford / Nixon Syndrome.
