Teacher arrested after pair found dead on driveway

Source: USA Today

FORT WORTH — Police have arrested a middle school teacher after two people were found dead on a driveway Sunday morning.

According to a Fort Worth Police Department news release, Cary Joseph Heath, 35, was arrested at W.S. Permenter Middle School in Cedar Hill without incident Monday.

"My wife woke me up and said someone is banging on the door," Milner told the TV station. "Turns out what my wife heard were gunshots. From my understanding, the guy had an assault rife. From the looks of it, due to the shell casings, he unloaded the whole clip and killed two of the people who lived next door."

For the most part, they can be trusted with guns.

Another "former" "good guy" with a gun.

There is a lot of institutional and individual racism that boils down to mistreatment of blacks and rampant discrimination that too often results in injury and death in disproportionate numbers of people of color, but the days of cops killing people because they thought it was fun to get away with it are long gone. Sometimes cops who have killed do escape justice, but the scrutiny and then stress and attention and damage to careers is not fun for them and even the racist ones know that.

You'll have a very hard or impossible time trying to find credible evidence to present to support your assertion. You are invited to try to support it with verified facts. I bet you won't and can't.

Assertions like yours are only inflammatory and do not help the cause of justice for oppressed people.

There was one in chicago where the cop was whining he was go Ng to get desk duty for 30 days for killing an unarmed fleeing black man. These cops KNOW they get free reign to kill black people and will not be criminally charged or even lose their jobs. Killing black people is a hunting sport for police.

For black men now, who have been honorably discharged from the military, have no criminal record and are great marksmen, to now go on kamikaze missions after the hunters (police criminals) in defense of the hunted (minorities) shows the severity of the atrocities perpertrated by the police against people of color.

From the article:

According to the school's website, Heath is an eighth-grade science teacher in his first year at the middle school. Before teaching at Permenter, he served 13 years in the Air Force.

"I am excited to be here at Permenter to provide structure and discipline for your student," Heath wrote in his teacher profile.

I have middle schoolers and they are definitely not interested in structure and discipline. I can only imagine how this guy would have fared during May when the kids really get out of hand.

He's 1st year.

The school isn't the wealthiest, is mostly black with most of the rest Latino. Small school district.

Probably a school that's facing problems with its state evaluations.

One woman called 911.
The bodies were found dead on the driveway.
It looks like such a quiet neighborhood, someone emptying their clip at 4 am in the driveway must have woken up people from blocks around.

the explode right over our house. Scares the hell out of us. Our dog freaks.
It's impossible to catch him because he only lights off 3, then stops. Waits a few days and does it again.
A couple years ago, he was setting them off at 5 am.
The guy's definitely got issues.

My dog hated that stuff too. The occasional celebration is tolerable, but your guy sounds evil.

I'll bet lighting them off when the election is called would get interesting reactions in some places.

by a neighbor. He was not there because he didn't want to be caught. There was another man inside who was taken in for questioning. He told them about the shooter and they arrested him at work on Monday. If they arrested him at home, they would have considered him armed and dangerous. It was safer to arrest him at work.

Nothing about a motive, but it points to him knowing what he did wrong.
This is the local news station for Austin. This happened about 4 hours north of us.

http://www.kvue.com/news/crime/this-is-the-last-time-i-will-see-the-baby-i-killed-two-people/341597972

“Cary Heath ran into [the neighbor’s] house and handed [redacted] his one year baby and stated, ‘this is the last time I will see the baby. I killed two people,’” the affidavit reads.
