CNN: Trump regrets hiring Spicer, blames Priebus

Source: The Hill

President Trump regrets choosing Sean Spicer to serve as White House press secretary, according to a new report from CNN.

The president is disappointed in Spicer's performance thus far, the network reports, citing a source familiar with internal communications.

-snip-

The CNN report saying Trump was unhappy with Spicer said the president blames Priebus for pushing for Spicer for the job.

-snip-

Spicer is currently serving the role of both press secretary and communications director, as the second role has yet to be filled. The White House is reportedly ramping up its search for a communications director.

Unless I am just "out of it" (which is quite possible). I don't see Bannon giving public statements, appearances, interviews; I don't even know what his voice sounds like. So Rosie may do a bang-up job but it may just go over the heads of the general public.
Spicer obviously is out in front every day so McCarthy's send-up was hysterical.

Who, as you may know, doubled as FDR's mistress.

The obvious difference being, of course, that while Trump is turning the White House into a racket, FDR was busy saving his nation from Andrew Mellon's "liquidate everyone" depression and the world from fascism.

I'd say FDR was entitled to a little, ahem, hand now and then.
