During several television interviews on Tuesday morning, Kellyanne Conway insisted that it was Michael Flynn's decision to resign from his role as National Security Adviser.
During an interview on NBC's "Today," Matt Lauer asked Conway how Flynn resigned so quickly after she had said earlier Monday that Flynn had Trump's "full confidence."
In response, Conway indicated that her comment was true at the time and that it was Flynn's decision to resign. "The President is very loyal. Hes a very loyal person. And by nighttime, Mike Flynn had decided it was best to resign. He knew he became a lightning rod, and he made that decision," she said.
Lauer then asked if Trump would have kept Flynn on had he not resigned himself.
"That fact is what became unsustainable actually. I think misleading the Vice President really was the key here," Conway replied.

That is great!! As Samantha Bee just mention - she got the cover of P-Grabber Monthly. The best enabler in the country.
Kremlin Kelly doesn't want to let everyone know that Flynn was about to be arrested for treason.

(23,620 posts)Have they not learned by now that everything that comes out of her mouth is questionable. Whether it's proven true eventually, it cannot in the moment be taken for truth. I can only think they are having her on for the entertainment value.
Generally I get my back up when a female who is in a traditionally male position gets greater criticism than a male counterpart in the same position. But in this case, there is absolutely nothing redeemable in this woman. She deserves every bit of criticism that comes her way.

She just threw the fascists, bigoted vice-president further under the bus----------------yeah.
Think about it, he was the "transition" leader throughout the process, and he didn't know what kind of "albatross" was hanging around this guy's neck, common on, you can't tell me that none of these fascists didn't know---------really.

Twitler's focus is always on himself. Making Pence look bad was the problem, not what Flynn actually did.
