(Missouri) Gov. Greitens complains about lack of news coverage, but grants few interviews

Source: Associated Press

Greitens' approach of using social media sites to appeal directly to voters isn't that unusual, but he hasn't given reporters many chances to ask him questions.

The Post-Dispatch says it has made numerous requests for interviews since Greitens' Nov. 8 election win, but they have been rebuffed.

Greitens' spokesman Parker Briden told the newspaper it will have to wait for an interview.

"Rest assured, I will let you know when we have budgeted time for you to meet with the Governor," Briden said. "It is not a priority at this moment."

So many news articles do not mention the person's political party in the article title or even in the article itself.

Isn't this what Greitens' big brother, our golden-haired 70-year-old first groper does? A page from his playbook? When the media contact you, maybe to confirm something for dissemination, don't respond, then when they put it out, jump them for lying about it? I think it is. I'd like to see a lot more news coverage about Greitens and a Missouri shingle company who supplied him with $$$ so he could bust the unions in this state.
