Trump supporters rally against 'Hollywood elites' ahead of the Oscars

Source: LA Times

"all group of President Trump supporters rallied Sunday in Hollywood in advance of the Academy Awards.

The group held its demonstration outside the Metro station near the corner of Hollywood and Vine, not far from the Dolby Theatre, where the Oscars ceremony will be held.

About a dozen protesters carried signs, Trump banners and American flags, chanting such slogans as “Celebrities don't speak for us” and “Hollywood, don’t divide us.”

The protest was called by the San Fernando Valley for Trump Celebration group, which said it believed “Hollywood elites” were trying to divide America."

voted for a rich narcissistic member of the 1% 'elite' who's appointing fellow 1%ers to positions of power.

They also chant "USA" and wave our flag in support of a man who is doing his darnedest to suppress 1st Amendment rights; is increasingly looking like he's guilty of working with the Russian government (and others) to rig our election and has brought in, and is giving quite a bit of power to, a self proclaimed Lenist, Bannon.

Pfft! They really are denser than a 'Yuge' box of rocks.

I will never understand why it isn't okay to them for a celebrity to have political views. Celebrities are entitled to their opinions like any other Americans. Of course, it is perfectly okay to them for a republican celebrity to have any political views. They only want political views from experts like Scott Baio, Ted Nugent and Chuck Norris.

The Trumpies keep saying that liberals are "dividing us". When on earth were "we" ever united? I would be afraid to live in a society where everyone agreed. This is one of those nutty things that they say that reveals a bizarre and disturbing perspective on living in this country. Why is it so important to them that we not be "divided"? Crazy.
