Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders on Sunday announced that he and Bill Nye will hold a Facebook Live conversation Monday on climate change.

Sanders has been an outspoken advocate of fighting climate change and creating green policies. It was a a major part of his Democratic campaign for president in 2016.

6. I like Bill Nye but he shouldn't be doing this IMHO

scientists -- especially general science educators like Nye -- shouldn't lend their credibility to those who deny science. Bernie is good on climate change, but he follows a lot of the left down the rabbit hole on things like natural products and GMOs.
