Arnold Schwarzenegger refutes rumors about Senate run

Source: New York Daily News

Arnold Schwarzenegger says he won't be using his political muscle for a Senate run — but he still wants to terminate gerrymandering.

The former "Celebrity Apprentice" host Sunday batted down speculation that he is eyeing a Senate seat in California.

"I'm deeply flattered by all of the people who have approached me about running for Senate, but my mission right now is to bring sanity to Washington through redistricting reform like we passed here in California," Schwarzenegger wrote in a statement.

we have a pretty decent system here in WA, too. Not perfect, but at least predominantly non-partisan.

Pres Obama has vowed to work on this, too. If the Gropenator can help, I say go for it.

I'm all for it everywhere in the country.

with the deal he gave ENRON to forgive $9 Billion owed to the state due to crooked dealings by that shit hole Texas company ENRON that took ALL their employees retirement savings.

Who are idiots that approached him to run anyway?

Thank goodness that Arnold realized that he is an incompetent boob who should stick with his world of make believe movie making.

I'll give him credit, and I'm surprised that it came from a nominal Republican.

Gerrymandering has basically ruined Pennsylvania.
It will take many years to fix it, I believe.

was a California constitutional amendment passed by the voters. He was as good a governor as trumplethinskin is president. He nearly destroyed the education in California because he was so incompetent. It has taken 8 years for education to start to rebound.

The idiot had a cigar smoking tent installed on the state capitol grounds for cripes sake.
