St. Louis Prosecutor Slams 'Pathetic Video' Showing New Michael Brown Surveillance Footage

Source: Mediaite

by Justin Baragona | 3:10 pm, March 13th, 2017

Following the release of a video that purports to show slain Ferguson teenager Michael Brown engaging in an exchange with a market clerk the night before his death, potentially changing the narrative of what occurred prior to Brown being shot and killed by police officer Darren Wilson, St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch held a press conference on it.

After detailing where the video came from and why it wasn’t included as evidence — stating it was deemed inadmissible while calling the new video “poorly edited” — McCulloch commented on the documentary and the filmmaker that brought it to the forefront.

“We have copies of the entire video and I think that’s very important,” he said. “Number one, it’s documented in the report, so it’s not as though this was hidden away somewhere, as this fellow with his video project was trying to say, actually did say.”

McCulloch continued, “It’s documented in the police report. If you look even at his pathetic video, it shows the police report where he got the information. So it’s all there, it’s been there since December or since November of 2014.”

Why is that so hard to understand. Certainly he's not going to get up and admit that, but it's a fact.

Would a pitcher who wanted to lose a game, and intentionally threw low and outside with the bases loaded in bottom of 9th in a tie game, come out and confess? NO!

Why present evidence which might conflict with the desire for a non-indictment?

I'll never forget that outrageous dog and pony show of a press conference he put on to justify why he was not prosecuting.
