Russia Probe Is Most Important Thing Ive Ever Done, Senate Intel Committee Vice Chair Warner Says

Source: NBC News

WASHINGTON — The vice chairman and top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee on Sunday re-affirmed how critical he feels his work is in looking into issues related to Russia's attempts to interfere with the 2016 election.

"I've said before: this is the most important thing that I've ever done in my public life," Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va., told NBC's "Meet The Press."

"And what I know now as I get more and more into this: I am going to double down on that statement cause it's extraordinary."

He pointed to FBI Director James Comey admitting at Monday's House Intelligence Committee hearing that they are investigating both Russia's work to try to influence the 2016 election as well as the Trump campaign's possible ties to Russia.

If you haven't called his office yet, they take constituent calls seriously... I called him abt this and also strongly urging him to stay strong vs Gorsuch... his aide said he hadn't decided how he's voting on Gorsuch, that was a few days ago. 202-224-3121.

is written all over his face and body.
Very similar to the look on Sen. Feinstein's face when she emerged from a secret briefing with Sen. Grassley (who stared at his shoes and didn't speak)
May the FORCE be with you, Senator Warner.

Everyone will eventually find out with a fury approaching Pearl Harbor if suspicions hold. I have to give credit to the patience and control Democrats who do know in Congress.

Presidential Candidates coming from Congress instead of Governors & Senators. It looks like the bench is deeper & younger. People Like Schiff Leiu, Kennedy, Castro, Swahall, The lady on the commitee, name escapes me now.

I was hoping it would be some of the people involved in scandal or intel people working on it...or the ones that House Intel was going to have before Nunes cancelled open hearings.
