Boris Johnson pictured with 'London professor' from FBI Russia probe

Source: Politico

The Foreign Office said Johnson had no recollection of meeting Joseph Mifsud.

By DAVID M. HERSZENHORN 11/12/17, 2:56 PM CET

A photograph has emerged of British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson with the “London professor” whose alleged high-level Kremlin contacts have led to him featuring in the FBI’s investigation into links between Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and Russia.

It will add to questions about the possibility of attempted Russian influence at the heart of the British government.

The picture, which was posted on Facebook shows Johnson, wine glass in hand, standing with Joseph Mifsud, the Maltese academic and a businessman, Prasenjit Kumar Singh. It is alleged that Mifsud was a key link between Russia and the Trump campaign.

The image was originally posted by Singh, who also included other photos of the event, a Conservative Party fund-raiser held in Reading, outside London, on October 19 and was discovered by Gavin Sheridan, a freelance journalist.

Putin and his partners-in-crime had a major, very significant role in Brexit. Putin's fondest wish is the breakup of the EU. Boris Johnson and Nigel Farage were the biggest, very vocal supporters of Brexit. Sometimes a picture really is worth a thousand (or many more) words.

Very few people in the UK bothered too much about Europe before the world went totally mad in - say - 2015.
The EU was a source of general moaning, just like the weather or the government or the Town Hall but I reckon that this is pretty average in the whole world, especially to a nation which likes complaining, but this has almost split the country when it comes up. Pathetic.

Our very own narcissistic blond bombshell is central to this mess (along with damned Nigel Farage and a number of fanatical MPs) and - as long as they are in the spotlight - seem to want this country to fail so long as they can hog the front pages.

At least we don't have Trump. Wonderful how a head of blond hair and a limited charisma (to some) and a solipsistic manner can project you to the top of the tree.

Boris Johnson and Trump--stooges for the Kremlin. Disruption of the west is Putin's goal as he can't compete with the west economically. The economies of the UK and of France are about as large as Russia's. Germany's is twice as big.

I seem to remember him bragging about how he was involved in it and saying he was in Britain when it happened, then it was proven he wasn't in Britain when they voted, another lie but why was he trying to take bragging rights?.

Did he know pootie was involved ahead of time??
