Trump Goes After Mueller Team in Tweetstorm: 'Does Anyone Think This Is Fair?'

Source: Mediate

by Josh Feldman | 8:43 am, March 18th, 2018

-snip-

This morning, Fox & Friends noted Comey’s tweet before bringing comments Andrew McCabe made in his post-firing statement, followed by what James Comey said under oath, concluding that “somebody’s lying.” Which led to…

News broke yesterday not only of Andrew McCabe having notes, but of those notes now being in the possession of Robert Mueller.

Trump claimed that he never saw McCabe taking notes when they met and suspected that the memos may only have been to “help his own agenda,” while doing a riff on “Fake News”:

And then the President once again sent out a tweet mentioning Mueller by name, asking rather directly “Does anyone think this is fair?”

In his evil little tiny portion of a brain, he is so ignorant he doesn't get the law at all. He only sees foes and friend and all Dems are foes so couldn't possibly judge him fairly (to him that means worship without questions). So therefore all of Muellers team, (and the entire intelligence apparatus) are Dems and can't be fair because they are unreasonably biased against him and Russia. This is not only totally a lie, we know for sure Mueller is a R and who knows how many of the people he recruited are Rs, but it is also illegal. You can't remove someone from a criminal investigation because of how they registered to vote, but he wants that because he knows he and his family and entire leadership of his party are guilty of conspiring against the US with a hostile foreign power and campaign fraud. Lots are also guilty of money laundering.

natural instinct is to fire mueller but all those around him telling that would be the worse thing to do. So he thinks he can shape public opinion and somehow that will change the direction of the investigation or enable republicans in the house and senate to do something to protect his corrupt ass.

I expect the firing of sessions is coming and the final end will be firing mueller and then we have a full blown constitutional crisis.

if trump AND republicans want to make Nov 2018 and Nov 2020 a battle over obstruction of justice, I fully embrace that as 55-60% of america see thru trump and republican BULLSHIT.

The sooner we are rid of this clown the better....I know I’m no longer shocked by what this Orange anus tweets, I’m just sick of it! How long until this crap is normalized? How much more can we take as a country? Nixon was a crook but I can’t imagine he’d have gone on Twitter to highlight for the world just how guilty he was!

What does Putin have on him? What does he have on Republicans? Oh. The money trail.

This downfall can't happen soon enough for the good of our country.

In sports there are those teams who seek advantage by committing dozens of fouls and then lobbying the ref for an equal number of penalties on both teams. This is such an item.

"Why does the Mueller team have 13 hardened Democrats, some big Crooked Hillary supporters,
and Zero Republicans?"

Except that Bob Mueller is a life long republican and he was picked by Rod Rosenstein who is a republican too.

BUT

The deeper he digs, we know he is not a scientist, mathematician, or 3 brain cells for critical thinking,
he is risking the hole collapsing in on him.
Ok, well and good.

BUT

The deeper he digs the harder it will be for the judicial system to pull him out for prosecution/impeachment,
before the hole collapses.

Promoting more propaganda in fear of what Mueller and the truth will expose. He has no intentions of testifying, or handing over all the White House documents, and he is planning to fire Mueller to stop the truth from exposing him, and that's why he's tweeting more lies .

Trump will crumble or die before this is all over. The big question is what remains, and how we address it.

The real power behind this debacle seems to be the Faux News misinformation channel. They hold not only the DOTUS, but a significant proportion of the American electorate in thrall, literally addicted to propaganda.

- Who at Faux news stays up all night to come up with these twisted themes to manipulate him?
- What is their end game?
- How can democracy work if a significant proportion of the electorate becomes addicted to propaganda?

This is the real genius of the Russian war on the US. Faux has perfected the complete unreliability of information used in Soviet Russia as a means of control. They've turned nearly half of our population into useful idiots.

Thank God for the smart kids.....

believe if Rosenstein is replaced Mueller can be fired and the investigation terminated. Maybe findings can even be classified? Then he'll pardon all the players or commute sentences.

The State investigation may continue but that's a much smaller effort than Mueller's. And even if impeachment is successful after the Nov election, that's a much smoother road than dozens of trials, including some for family members and himself, loss of wealth, exposure of decades of criminal activity, exposure of his foreign co conspirators, etc.

He certainly is zeroing in on Mueller's investigation every day now...
