Tonya Lynette Couch
(Tarrant County Sheriff's Department)

Tonya Couch, who was apprehended in Mexico with son Ethan Couch after fleeing Texas in 2015, has been arrested again.

Couch, 50, was booked into the Tarrant County jail Wednesday after authorities say she violated the conditions of her bond. Court documents indicate that she failed a urinalysis test.

Couch faces charges of hindering the apprehension of a fugitive and money laundering. She has been free on bond since 2016; as part of the conditions of her release, she is not allowed to drink alcohol.

Ethan Couch, now 20, was driving drunk when he crashed a pickup in June 2013, killing four people and seriously injuring two others.
